We are not suppose to do it alone. It is about SHARING the journey together and helping each other. Why do you think that blogging and social networking are so prevelant on the internet—because we enjoy helping each other and being a part of a group.

And when you don’t ask for help it can cripple you from growing as a human being and in your business.

I work with my clients in my virtual assistant business as well with not wanting to ask for help and then they get so overwhelmed that once they do ask for help and receive it they don’t know why they waited so long.

I think part of it is, they wonder if I will be able to REALLY help them…they question the level of help I am able to offer. However, my response to that is…if you don’t even ask for the help, you don’t know how I may be able to help. You may find out they I can help MORE than you expected.

And that goes in other parts of life as well. If you don’t ask others for help, they don’t know that you NEED the help.

And as a virtual assistant, I need a virtual assistant from time to time to help me in my business.

Don’t look at asking for help as a burden or a negative attribute…however, look at asking for help as self improvement and self awareness and change your mind set, you will be happier for it.
